Packages not showing in View Status after running package

Hi Experts

We changed our BPC Password on BPC 10.1 via BPC Server Manager.

Everything works fine except the packages we run via run package do not show on View status. After selecting the package and clicking run, we get the message that "Request to run the package on the server was successful. The package is now running" but when we click view status, the package does not show there at all.

Tried the instructions in Note : 2179612 but that did not fix the query

Any idea how to resolve?

We are Running BPC 10.1 SP4 Multi Server environment

FYI - got the packages to show

Seems like a running process was hanging, after I shut down the this process the packages ran and showed on view status.

In Hindsight, a reboot of the server would of fixed this issue.
