P&L report showing no figures

Hi,

Can someone help me to figure out why is the P&L statement coming up blank as I cannot find any documentation or an explanation regarding this? The customer has a multilevel consolidation structure. The company in question is the first level of a consolidated company with 3 subsidiary companies. Year-end for the FY 2017 was done on all 3 subsidiary companies and P&L report is showing correct figures for all 3 of them. When P&L is run on the consolidated for 01/01/17 - 31/12/17 it comes up blank and I've tried all possibilities in the selection criteria window. However when the period is changed to 01/01/17 - 30/12/17 the report returns figures and the same figures in reversed values are returned for period 31/12/17 - 31/12/17. Attached is a screenshot of 1 sales ledger from one of the subsidiary company and the last transaction is the closing period and the cumulative balance is zero. Is this the reason for P&L coming black and if so, why is this not the case in the subsidiary company?

LC & SC is EURO in all companies. The second screenshot is of P&L for 01/01/17 - 30/12/17.

I've also done year-end on the consolidated but P&L was the same.

Hope I've provided enough details and somebody would be able to shed some light over this.
