Ownership Manager and Consolidation Monitor Errors in RTC

Hi,

I am working on SAP BPC Optimized for S/4 HANA 1709. I am facing an error in Ownership Manager saying 'Failed to get Ownership data' and the Add, Delete options are also not active in Ownership Manger.

Similarly in Consolidation Monitor an error saying 'An exception was raised' is displayed.

Could you please help me resolve these errors.

Delete that POSITION IN GROUP member and add another one as PGROUP

First thing I'd do is to "activate" both Consolidation and Ownership models. Simply go to the models in Administration and change the description.

I had this annoying issue in the past where the model would "lose" the hierarchies mappings for profit centre and cost centre.

Additionally, make sure you have checked all items in this doc .

Hi Lucas,

I have changed the description and activated the Model but the same error continues in ownership manager but now Consolidation Monitor is updated.

But I am not able to find the Entities in Consolidation Monitor in Flat View.

I have the same configuration in Group dimension and I haven't had any problemas with the Ownership Manager.
