I didn’t apply any discounts in Discounts/Multipliers section in sap CPQ. But after adding to quote , subtotal and total is displaying as zero, and 100% discount is applied. please provide solution
can you please check the default discounts in setup under Pricing/Calculations -> Discount/Multipliers -> open relevant group based on your configuration and check the default value under discount. Highlighted below.
