Outbound message trigger on saving Customs Declaration

Hi Gurus

We have an existing GTS system; implemented Customs Management, German Customs - ATLAS.

In the existing process the outbound message M0940 is triggered on saving the document (when it is complete). We want to change it. The document should be saved without the idoc getting triggered, and the user should be able to go manually into the communication tab , select the idoc and trigger it.

Hi Dikshant,

It's a simple configuration issue. You need to change the "time" setting in the PPF Condition Record for that Message. In the IMG, go to Customs Management > Communication, and I think it's the second executable (sorry, I'm on holiday, and have no access to a system at the moment).

Could you elaborate your requirement, In your current situation also, if the document is incomplete then the message M0940 will not trigger automatically unless it is complete. . Why do the user wants to manually trigger the IDOC ? User wants to trigger the message M0940 manually or wants to trigger the IDOC . Are the Users knowledgeable to trigger the IDOC in a declaration ?
