When a sales order is blocked for delivery the net amount is not included in the total credit exposure of the customer. As soon as you remove the delivery block the amount will be added to the exposure. When the exposure > credit limit it will be blocked for a credit check.
When the order is saved with the delivery block activated it will be subject for a credit check, and (for example) when the limit is 0,00 it gets blocked.
Why will an order on a delivery block be subject to a credit check when the amount is not included in the credit exposure? Is there a way to exclude blocked order from credit checks?
