OFUP x error message "budget exceeded" at MIGO

Hi Exeperts

Even in OPUP has the flag only in “MM INVOICE receipt" , the system is showing the error message FMAVC002 when the user try to run the “Goods receipt” (GR) in transaction MIGO.

I didn´t find some SAP notes for this case.

Could you please help me?

Hi Claudio,

Well, recently SAP (finally) put AVC mechanism in place for good receipts. So, now the controls are switched on. This applies, of course, only if GR update FM tables. If this is not the case, as you show in OFUP, then AVC message seems to be a system bug. Unless, there was a change in those settings, and GR flag was switched at certain moment, which could've created the situation you describe. If, however, OFUP settings were never changed, I'd suggest raising a ticket to OSS SAP.

Do you see in FMIFIIT tables records for your GR documents in general?
