Offline Submission in SAP BPC 11 Embedded/BPC Optimized

User Requirement is to do planning when he is not connected to SAP system. User saves his work in an excel file on his local system and need to submit his work when connected to network.But every time he connect's to network, Analysis for Office will refresh it from server and the draft of planned data is getting changed to previous values and if he don't refresh, the save button is not enabling.

How to implement this offline submission in BPC Optimized ? without using any Macros Code

i have searched through forums but couldn't find a proper Solution.

Hi Karthik,

In AO, in the components tab, you can select the query and set out the Refresh on Open check box. This way your workbook will not refresh once you open it.

Hi Selva,

we have unchecked Refresh option, but to save the draft of planned values, the SAVE option is disabled until we click refresh and once you refresh the offline work which we have done is getting changed to previous values.
