Hi All, As part of our design, we are introducing the subscriber mapping table. We configured the ODI step with associated class-CL_CRM_ISX_CC_SMT_MAINTAIN. The CO_CRM_ISX_CC_SUBSCRIBER_MAPPI web services is active in SOAMANAGER. I tested in SPROXY it was successful. The product is linked to a charge plan with SMT table class. When we tried to create contract, although replication is successful but the class associated with ODI step is not getting instantiated. The error we are getting is -“General error in document distribution: Document Distribution Step Type YSMT: Implementation Class CL_CRM_ISX_CC_SMT_MAINTAIN instantiation error”. We have used the interface - IF_CRM_ISX_ORDER_MSG_DIST_TYPE with the class- CL_CRM_ISX_CC_SMT_MAINTAIN which is linked to ODI step.
Can you please suggest, if we have missed a necessary step required for subscriber mapping table integration between SAP CRM and CC. Your response and help is much appreciated.
