Number of Cost Center in S/4 HANA

Hi experts,

We are investigating the design principles of cost centers and profit centers.

If it is necessary to set cost centers in small units, what is the maximum number of cost centers?

I would be very happy if I had the cost center version of the SAP note below.

I would say the number of cost centers relates closely to what is stated for profit centers in that SAP note.

Typically you create a cost center for each department, and when I used to use PCA the cost center typically equaled profit center.

I agree with the SAP Note "Fewer than 1000 profit centers (normal)
