Not able to view the material

Hi,

We have transferred 50K Materials from ECC to GTS, They were transferred but I am not able to view them to classify, it says No products found for the selection screen. If I use pull down I can see all the Materials exist.

There seems to be some thing error while transfer

Any clues?

Vijay,

Yes, you will not be able to enter product master records for classifications after you transfer them from feeder sytem. You still see them in dropdown.

This is due to the u2018Numbering Schemesu2019 assignments to relevant service.

For example if you want to classify product for compliance management,

Assign numbering scheme u2018US_HTSu2019 to relevant Legal regulations and (valid from dates to be filled)

That will solve the issueu2026.

Please note that you can classify product only through compliance management classification mode.

If you need to do same for customs repeat the step for assigning relevant numbering schemes to relevant Legal regulations.

For numbering schemes follow:

IMG > SAP Global Trade Services > General settings > Numbering Schemes.

Here assign scheme to export list for legal control and export list for license maintenance

The problem is resolved now. It was multiple reasons that were obstructing view.

Hi Vijay ,

Please check what Logical system group you are putting in , is it the same under which your ECC feeder system has been maintained or not.

As Material that you would have sent comes under Logical system group of the feeder system from whcih they are sent in your case it is ECC.

You can see the material Logical system group in table /SAPSLL/PNTPR.

and the Logical system group for your Feeder Logical system you can check in table /SAPSLL/TCOGVA.
