Not able to see any Agents/Tasks under Customizing workflow Task in GRC

Hi,

we performed all the post installation steps correctly but cannot see the Agents under Assign Agents link. Please let me know how this can be fixed.

When i click on "Check Event Linkages" in Automatic workflow customizing, I see some errors (Attached).

Hello Sri,

Please check if BC sets are activated correctly (specially GRC_MSMP_CONFIGURATION).

I checked with SAP.

When you have both GRC Foundation and Plug-in components installed in the same system, either the links for Assign Agents will not appear in SPRO, or they will appear but point to an empty list. This is a common scenario.

I configured the rest as per post installation guide.

You missed a piece of the post-installation, pg 33 - see the "Note". If you have the GRC plugin installed on the GRC system itself, you need check the appendix pg 35-41 and carry out the activities.

I did perform the activities as mentioned in page 35 to 41 otherwise the Assign agent link won't be visible.
