Not able to Save the Report in SAP PaPM Studio

Hi ,

I created a process in My environment and kept the Process State - ACTIVE and Process Type - SIMULATION

Then I went to the Processes (Manage & Deploy) tab and added my processes in it and tried two different methods

In 1st method I kept all the activities of process in OPEN state and I did not DEPLOY the process.

In 2nd method I kept all the activities of process in COMPLETE state and I DEPLOYED the process.

Then I went to the Visual Modeler Studio where I can add my report into the Report Management screen and make all the modifications but not able to save the report.

Hi vishwanathreddyh,

This is a known issue that will be fixed in the upcoming SAP Notes but for a work around you can try the steps below.

When saving, there's a parameter in the URL that's creating the problem and has to be deleted. Please follow the procedures below to resolve this issue:

• Press F12
• go to Network then Fetch/XHR
• click Save or Save All (you will see in the Dev console that it will have an error, click the error then expand to see the parameter that is causing error that should be removed)
  

  

• In your URL delete this Parameter then enter (from the example above I removed 'Fid=NEX&')
  

  

• On your browser refresh, right click it then select 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload'
  

  

After this steps you shouldn't have any error saving the report element.
