Hi ,
We have configured all the necessary configurations related to notifications and maintained them in MSMP workflows as well in development system, but still we are not able to receive any mail notifications , atleast it should be triggered in SOST as per my knowledge. But we are not able to see any thing in SOST?
Does valid email ID required inorder to get requests to SOST?
or do i miss something in configuration part ?

Thank you for reply. Now the issue has been resolved. it is due to paramter setting 1128 , initially we kept it as Yes.. then as per suggestion from SAP we changed it to NO then it is working fine.
It is because of some code issue.

Few quick checks further to all post installation steps and other checks mentioned above.
Did you check
1. If SMTP node is created and maintained with email ids in 'Address area" and "sender grp"
2. Are the Send job scheduled from SCOT.

Hello Madhu Babu,
We have configured all the requested steps and maintained email ID with valid email ID in SU01 for the WF-BATCH as well as Manager and requestor user ID's.
Still we were not able to see any notifications coming to SOST.
Test mail from SCOT is working perfectly fine.
Its a long pending issue for us, please help.

Please check following:
1. Make sure WF-BATCH user has a valid email id in SU01 with communication type as "Email" in GRC system
2. Please check if you have maintained any user id in parameter 1113. Same User ID must exists in GRC with valid email id maintained in SU01

4. Please make sure approvers has a valid email id in SU01 with communication type as "Email" in GRC system
5. I assume notification settings and notification events are properly maintained in MSMP workflow settings
6. Please check also if email configuration has been setup properly using Tcode "SCOT". To validate SMTP conection and corresponding settings, you can cross check the same by sending a test mail.
