Not able to login EPM and admin Client

Hi Expert ,

We are using SAP BPC 10 Microsoft Version

We are getting concurrent lock issue ,to resolve this we did the below workaround.

Resolution

1. 1.Delete all the records in these tables in the SQL server (lck<Model_name>, sgQueue, sgData0<Model_name>, sgData1<Model_name>)

  2.Stop/start the SendGovernor service on the application server. (Note - if there are multiple application servers, restart the service in each one)

after that  I am not able to login epm as well admin client. I am getting the below errors Could anyone help me how to resolve this error

Are you using the Admin master user?

Using this master Admin user, try to add again your user to the admin group, profiles etc, and reprocess security.
