Hello Experts,
We are not to find the CRM orders or the Purchase orders in GTS system (Existing custom import declarations). This is not a repetitive issue, it happens now and there is no customization involves.
The flow has been working well and we are meeting this problem now.
As I am a beginner to GTS system, can you help me to do the root cause analysis for this
1) Is there any IDocs OR queues can be analyzed? share the queue names or IDoc message type related to it?
2) Any settings to be looked out by comparing with a successful document?
3) Transaction code or tables can help?
Kindly share your valuable answers. Thanks.

Hi Luis De Azevedo Freitas,
I have also added more information here to understand my expectation.
Sorry if it is totally a contradictory of what I asked earlier.
We are not able to create Existing custom import declaration for few Purchase orders (it is Special return orders in CRM). The final and outbound delivery has been created with multiple Return orders. The Return orders are Rapid Return orders (ZRR) and Special Return (ZSR) orders as types associated to the outbound delivery of the CRM orders.
For creating the Existing custom import declarations or can see the created return orders, we can find only the Rapid returns (ZRR) are created or assigned but no Special return orders (ZSR) are created with. In other terms, the EID are not created using the special return orders.
We want to look the configuration settings if it would be the reason.
Thanks for your answer along with the link. I will look into it and update here if it is an acceptable answer.
Thanks.

Hi manikandan.rajasekaran2,
It is an intriguing scenario that would require a bit more info. Any logs, or IDOCs statuses, system dumps could add to it.
The only thing I could think of is the "Export-Blocked Sales Orders"
Please check the link below for further details.
Let us know if this helpful in anyway.
Cheers,
Luis 🙂
