Not able to edit the measurement amount in measurement tab for rental object in the t codeRE80

Hi Experts,

Basically i am SD consultant,Now i got a issue related to REFX ,So i need your help to resolve it asap.

The issue is,In the t-code RE80 i am not able to save the measurement amount in the measurement tab for rental object,i can change but i cant save it,While saving i am facing below errors,So requesting you to help me to resolve this issue.

Before client was maintaining 220 measurement amount,But they want to change it from 220 to 550 measurement amount,I can change the amount from 220 to 550,But while saving facing below issue.

please refer to SAP note 2240654 where is explained how to proceed to resolve the issue.

Hello Experts,

This issue has been resolved,I added the users "ORION1" & "BEL_SD_02" ,So that now i can able to save it,But client is telling that users already left the job,So they can't add these users again.

Is there any other solution ???
