Not able to add Mitigation to the users

Hi Experts,

I am trying to add mitigation control to the users but not able to select monitor for the control. I was able to add it before successfully.

Checked: Mitigation Control has monitor assigned to it. Is it something because we have activated process controls ?

Please advise if anyone faced this issue before ? We are i

Issue resolved. We have created a sub process for process control but mitigation control was not mapped to a subprocess.
