Non Approver gets email notification GRC access request

Hi Experts,

One user (not maintained as agent at any stage level) gets email notification from WF-BATCH for ARQs for new and change request types. User(not manager, not role owner, not IT security) does not exist in GRC box or the plugin system. ARQ audit does not have the user at any approval stage. what might be the reason?

Hi Ranjan,

Check the notification settings of the stage where it happens:

If you can't find the issue, you can look for word notification in the Debug log in tcode GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD:

Hello Ranjan,

Do you have any custom agents? Do you have any outlook DL configured in any stage settings?If the user is not in GRC nor in Plugin nor an access owner.

Ranjan,

what's your current SP level? Did you check if any of the users involved in the approval process might have a wrong email address in SU01? The emails are sent out based on the email address that is maintained in the user master.

Hello Alessnadro,

Thank you very much for taking time to answer my issue.

GRC10.1 SP08. I have verified there is no wrong email set up in SU01 for other email recipients. The non approver recipient does not exist either in GRC system or Plugin system. Other recipients are correctly maintained in GRC system and plugin system.

Issue is with only one user. Please advise.
