No "Employee Responsible-BP" from Subscription Order Item to Subscription Contract Header.

Hello Folks,

BRIM - S4HANA 2022 FSP00.

Created the Subscription Order with Subscription Item. (Copied the transaction Type from PRVO & PRVC as is)

Employed Responsible BP attached during SubOrder Creation without any errors. When submitted the Order, Sub Contract gets created with "Employee Responsible" error. As per the std way, we are not suppose to edit the contract document and it should be copied as-is from Order Item to contract.

Note: The used Partner Determination Procedure is PROV0001 for Order Header and Item as well.

Can anyone suggest how can we avoid and get rid of this error ?

Thanks for reply. Yes, I have maintained the same in both header and Item same PDP PROV0001 and have created the Order where "employee Responsible" as a BP shown in the 'parties Involved' in the order header and item as well. But after we submit the order it should carry forward to contract which is not happening. Hence it throws an error in the contract as "No employee responsible assigned'.

Hi Rahul,

Employee responsible is assigned and copied to header objects in standard subscription scenarios.

So in standard settings, transaction types PRVO (Subscription Order) and PRVC (Subscription Contract Document) have the partner determination procedure PROV0001 while the item categories PROR (Subscription Order Item) and PRCR (Subscription Contract Item) have partner determination procedure 10000001. You should have the scenario working properly with these settings. Thanks.
