No Entries under consolidation

Hi All,

We have set up a new scope(G_NEW) and have some  entities that are part of it in the ownership manager.

I have taken the reference of other scope(which works) while creating the new one,so I believe, there is no issue with the scope master data.

Below are steps we carried out.

1. Entered PCTRL,POWN under G_NONE in input form and have calculated, so that the calculated values come up, System generated values come up and it

2. Calculated through direct share method and the system generated values are correct.

However when I consolidate them(either through Consolidation monitor or through data manager), the status shows success, but I can none of the records are processed. Please could you assist if I have missed something over here?

I get following message when consolidation package is ran.

APPLICATION:Consolidation

RUN CURRENCY CONVERSION

0  SUBMITTED, 0  SUCCESS, 0  FAIL.

RUN CONSOLIDATION

0  SUBMITTED, 0  SUCCESS, 0  FAIL.

Also are the system generated values mandatory for consolidation output, what happens if the values(system generated) are zero and input are 100?

Madhav,

Could you please check step by step consolidation process for the new scope? from Excel and web....not consolidation monitor. Be patient and check for each and every step in detail........

Have you checked the currency conversion and consolidation package running separately? Does the currency conversion happen when run individually? can you explain the ownership structure under G_NEW, if not a screenshot!

I tried it running manually too, but currency works, but he consolidation package success and none of the records are processed for consolidation. The below is the log I get when I run, consolidation through Excel DM.

APPLICATION:Consolidation

0  SUBMITTED, 0  SUCCESS, 0  FAIL.

RUN CONSOLIDATION

0  SUBMITTED, 0  SUCCESS, 0  FAIL.

By above script logic, it can been seen that none of the records are sent for processing and to confirm we have data for the entites under the new scope

Are you doing consolidation at sub group level?

What are the data manager packages selections when running currency conversion and consolidation? Would you please share the entire log of DMP Consolidation?

Please check the below notes: 1941497 & 2101349.

are you doing consolidation at newly created scope  (g_new) and does this scope is part of your group structure.

we are not facing the issue for the other consolidation scopes, we are facing only for the new scope that has been setup and for the other scopes we have the consolidations running correct.

is there any prerequisites that needs to be done, before the first consolidation.
