Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue while creating an Entitlement based on Subscription.

Error: :[EE_Device failed,reason: No Entitlement records found in task “Query Entitlement To Be Associated”.].

We have created an Entitlement model & assigned it to an offering & have defined the Rule set for the model .

But still we are facing the same error. Could you please guide us solve the issue?

Hi Vinay,

I assume you configure this rule set to create a new entitlement and link it to an existing entitlement. This error message means system cannot find the entitlement to be linked with new entitlement.

If you only want to generate new entitlement without link it to any other entitlement, please choose another generation rule to configure your rule set.
