No Document Flow in GTS for debit memo requests

Hello guys,

We have a working document flow system. If there is a document flow in ERP it will be visible in GTS as well. Only for debit memo requests the document flow tab in GTS will not be available. I checked if the status of the DMR is the reason but it seems not to be the case. I checked VTAF transaction, Doc. flow is ctivated everywhere.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello @Neerai Jain,
thank you for your answer our problem seems to be a little different. I just checked not only L2 documents but also G2 documents have no document flow in GTS. That means in ERP system we see everything we need. But if we are sending the documents in the GTS system we often do not have it any longer visible. The thing is, sometimes we can see it, sometimes we do not.

Any other ideas?
