No authorization to download Analysis Office Support Packages

One of the users is having a problem with Analysis for Office. When entering the link and following the steps, a message appears saying "You are not authorized to use this application" but they were unable to find a way to release this access.

You can check in your company's licensed product list and see if you could find Analysis Office. Because only the licensed products will be displayed in the list. The detailed steps to reach your company's licensed product list, please refer to KBA 2484120 How to check all your company's licensed products - SAP for Me.

If you don't find Analysis Office from the list, very possible that your company does not have the relevant license. Then you need to contact your local SAP contract department as per KBA 1660069 or your SAP Account Manager as per KBA 2626344. The contract team and your SAP account manager should be able to help you further with such licensing/contractual issue.

If you have a valid license, but still cannot download this file, please create a case under component XX-SER-FORME for checking this download issue in further.
