How do you set up your partners in SAP GTS under DMS?

We constantly get errors because of the Agent ID claiming that the identification is not required for the Representative for customs (Agent), however in GTS there is an error if the EORI is not added for the agent. Do you have a solution?

Also DMS MIG is saying that the Declarant and message sender should be the same, while SAP GTS has an error saying that the sender the declarant cannot be the same. Does anyone have the same issue in case of indirect representation? Do you know how to do the partner setup properly?
