Hi Gurus,

A new user id was created for an existing user, as the user faced access issue in some other system. Post creation of new id the user is unable to create export declaration. whenever the user processes the document in ECC & goes to GTS, the user gets an error " No data found, change the selection criteria" 1.png

Also checked with Authorization team, all the access provided to new user id is replica of the old id.

Except this new user id, all other users are able to create export declaration.

Could you please guide us in identifying the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Azad

Hi Azad,

The above error message indicates that 'Billing/Invoice number from ECC is not transferred to GTS'.

It could be that

1. If the flow is domestic, the invoice will not be transferred to GTS

2. The invoice could struck in ECC queue. Pls check in SM58 tcode. It could be that the proper configuration is not completed in GTS.

Hope it helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Raj.

For creating an export declaration, the user first creates a complete sales flow in ECC system & then checks the document in GTS system.

In ECC System-

Creates sales order (VA01), creates Outbound delivery (VL01N), Picking of material(VL02N) &

Billing(Vf01).

Once the billing document is created, the User goes to GTS System

1. Go to GTS cockpit- T code /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL

2. Go to Customs management> Export> Display outbound activities>Execute>

3. In document number mention the Billing/Invoice number of the ECC document

4. Here the document should be available, but is not.

Error message- No data found; change the selection criteria

Message no. /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG000

Note: This issue is only with this particular new id and not for any other user id.

Hi Azad,

Could you please provide step-by-step guidance on how your colleague gets to that point?

And please quote the technical message (class and number), not just the text.

Thanks & regards,
Dave
