New User Creation in SAP CPQ

Hi,

We are unable to set the password for newly created user. In SAP CPQ 2005 release SAP has changed the User Management rules. Below screenshot of the 2005 release on User Management rule.

We are receiving both the auto populated emails. But it seems that the Username and the password creation links are missing. Below is the screenshot of both the mails.

Hi Shuvam,

Did you selected 'True' in 'Do not email login details to users created by admin' under Setup->General -> Application Parameter -> General Parameter.? then change it to false and you'll receive the email with login details.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for your input but the above parameter is set as 'FALSE' and we are receiving the e-mail. And the e-mail body doesn't have the Username or link to setup the password as shown in the email screenshot above.

Hi Shuvam,

Can you check which dictionary you're using for new user? You can check under user creation screen ->Additional Settings ->Default Dictionary.

If any custom dictionary then please try by changing it to 'US Dictionary'.
