New User Creation ARM Request password not sent in mail

Hi Experts,

Upon approval of ARM Request for type - "New User Creation", the notification email sent to the user does not contain the initial logon password.

The User ID is created and role assignment is also completed in backend system.

I have enabled PSS functionality. When I do a password reset using PSS, I do get a system generated password via notification mail

Hi Siddharth,

Have you maintained the provisioning settings? Go to SPRO -> GRC -> Access Control -> User provisioning -> Maintain Provisioning Settings

Double click on 'Maintain Global Provisioning Configuration' and select 'Send password' = YES, under E-MAIL Status.

Yes, I did that. Still the issue exists
