New Special GL Indicator

Dear Community/Experts,

In Our current project, we have some Employee Advances/ loans  Given to Employees/Staff members that need to be captured as Down payments to Employees in seperate GLs and many similar Advances for which they need to have a seperate Special GL indicator.

Would you please guide us on how can we achieve this Requirement
