New Partner Function SAP CPQ

Dear Experts,

We need to add a new partner function as a commission agent on SAP CPQ. When we look into the admin guide it says the configuration is under the Setup->Quotes but we cannot see it on our setup menu. There is no title as a partner function under the quotes.

Any idea about this issue?

Its available in the Quote 2.0 engine.
I see that you're still in Quote 1.0 engine ..

How can we upgrade our CPQ system to Quote 2.0? We are trying to integrate SAP C4C to SAP CPQ, any restriction for quote 2.0?

Here is the link for current limitations in 2103 version for Quote 2.0

In coming future, Quote 2.0 will be made as default once Product team sends out a communication.

I would advice not to migrate from Quote 1.0 to 2.0 before Q2 2021.
