Hello, colleagues.
We are on BPC NW 10.0 SP25 PL3.
Since SP26 new member selector is used for classic BPC10.0 connections.
For several years we sucesfully used old-way selector (simplified mode for page axis selection, which activated when we click on Excel cell with page axis member of a report - witout any collapse/expand functions) as a interface for user for comfortable and user-friendly multi-selections of DIM members.
New member selector makes this multiselection very uncomfortable, because you need to additionaly transer your current selection to right-side section of member selector with "add members" button.
For our users it will be very big deterioration of interface. Is someone already faced the same problem?
P.S. I understand, that it possible to create some kind of user form with VBA, but, in my opinion, it will be not a good and user-friendly solution too, because it is not possible in VBA to create such dynamic collapse/expand hierarchy with multi-selection possibilty.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
As the note also suggests that this new member selector has been introduced from SP 26 for .NET 4 version! If you are not comfortable working with it....then use the EPM add-in for .NET 3.5 version which still has the old/historic Member Selector or use Old SP as Vadim suggested! No other things are possible in this case.

Hope this helps....
