New entities addition to business, mergeting of existing entities into one entity- Consolidation

Hi Friends,

1. Adding new entities: Two new entities are adding up the existing business. which is not fully owned. what are the pre-requisities functionally and system level how to implement this? 2. Merging: Two entities are combined into one entity for example ( 1200 entity merging into 1100 entity, so there is no more 1200 entity) What is the process?

Hello,

1. you must create the society in the dimension

2. add them in the ownership manager tree

3. configure business rules (deletions, minority)

4. set percent ownership and methods
