New DMEE format

Hi All,

I should create a new PAYM type DMEE format; I have all the necessary documentation available to do this but I would like to know if it was possible to obtain this format in DMEE by having the

CBIPaymentRequest.00.04.01.wsdl file available, as well as all the .xsd structures
