New account request" submission, Request is Path status as "UNKNOWN

I am facing an issue for "New account request" submission, Request is not delivered to Mangers Work Inbox, in Search Request it displays Path status as "UNKNOWN". I have created a standard MSMP workflow (no customization / no BRF+ used) for New Account path, Request is not displaying in Manager Work Inbox (Manger stage is the first stage of the workflow).

Hi Ram.

Considering your screenshot, you have an initiator rule which is working fine and your msmp configuration is working fine up to the stage level.

Are you using the standard manager retrieval agent for this step? Is the manager field correctly filled in your access request?

Also you can try to take a look at the MSMP Degugger (grfnmw_dbgmonitor_wd) to check the details about your workflow instance and try to get the exact error.

yes i have created new user and assigned required roles to the user and i filled correctly.
