I'm trying to see if it's possible to nest an excel formula within a BPC table. We have Units and Revenue per unit that I'm trying to use to derive a price variance calculation. I've attached a mock spreadsheet where the highlighted red items are the formulas I'm attempting to nest within the report. Units is a member and Revenue Per Unit is a dimension formula. Every time i try to add the calculation it is wiped out upon refresh. The variance column I'm attempting to put it in is a local member so I assume maybe it's being wiped out for that reason but I'm curious if there is a setting I can change to get this formula to stick. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Price Variance - what is this? Not a member? May be you can use a local member for it?
Or, if the report is static just set Keep Formula on data...

Thanks for the help everyone, I was able to work around it by just using worksheet formulas instead of local members since the report is static. When I was using the local members, if I tried to place an excel formula in the same column, it was being wiped out upon refresh. The report is now working properly. Thanks for the help.

Jason,
Can you attach a screenshot of the Edit Report>Localmembers screen. The Localmember options are listed there. Especially look at the section Attach to.
