negative commitment items

Dear Experts

in FM for 2019 the budget carry forward was done successfully but about 4 months later we get errors while posting PO and PR that says we dont have sufficient budget and we saw that some commitment items have become negative.but we have 3 cases,suppose we want to post a po for 20$.

1-if the commitment is 0 or more than zero the system issues the error and says we need 20$.

2-if the commitment is negative the system says we need 15700$!! which is not even then negative amount+ Po amount. I mean there is no relation between them.

please kindly advice me of what maybe wrong with budget or budget carry forward.

Hi,

First of all, I suggest you to initialize your AVC ledger, as the symptoms you describe suggest that it might be in disorder. After doing so (via FMAVCREINIT), please, report if the problem persists.
