Needed report - on G/L accounts that have been renamed -

Hi all,

Can anyone help?

Is there an app that can be used to create a report showing where G/L accounts have been renamed?

The customer needs a list with the old and new names. In the ‘Manage G/L account master data’ app and also in the ‘Manage chart of accounts’ app, there is no field that can be displayed as a filter. You can only check the G/L accounts individually in the Manage G/L account master data app.

You can find App Id in the SAP Fiori Apps Reference Librar  : G/L Account Changes for General Ledger Accountant for example.

To answer directly your question, yes it exists an app to see all kind of modifications brought to G/L accounts included the renamed one.

You can use G/L Account Changes app as shown below :

Once you have filled the desired filters, you can notice all the changes on every G/L accounts selected :
