Need to add custom fields in APP - Repost Line Items - Cost Accounting

Hi All,
Greetings of the Day!
We are trying to add Custom fields in application - Repost Line Items - Cost Accounting in SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud System, but we are not able to determine which Business Context we should use to create Custom field.

Please let us know if any suggestions for Business Context.

After consulting with the experts, I can provide the following answer: Unfortunately, the app does not support extensibility yet. However, thanks to your question, the product team has learned that this feature is required, and they're checking whether they can provide it in a future release.
