Need Guidance on Deleting Budget Version, Consumed Budgets, and Master Data in SAP

I am currently facing a challenge in my SAP environment related to deleting budget versions, consumed budgets, and master data. Despite going through various notes and resources on the community page, I haven't been able to find a clear solution for my specific scenario.
To provide some context, our client has encountered several obstacles post go-live regarding the budget, and they are now seeking to start afresh. However, I am unsure about the correct approach and steps to take in order to delete existing active budget version, consumed budgets, and associated master data.
Could someone please guide me on the step-by-step process for effectively deleting budget active version, consumed budgets, and master data in SAP? Any insights, tips, or recommended paths to follow would be greatly appreciated.
