Hello,
The training material are either online help and Wiki documents or a specific course. The courses are offered once or twice a year, depending on number of students and are usually one week long with a workshop. Please note that BPC11 in terms of features and functionality is the same as BPC 10.1. The major changes are in the backend, BW4HANA.
If you are interested in online documentation, I highly recommend the online help and various blogs and wiki pages. You can find the blogs and wiki pages by searching online and for specific features, e.g. BPC work status or BPF etc.
This is the link for online help. We have been making a great effort to present the help very similar to going through a course content. You can select specific topics and read through them.
Application Help for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP BW/4HANA (Standard)
I hope this helps.

Hi Leila,
Thank you for the reply.
Basically we are going to Test these below 6 reports and we need the detailed steps for these reports :-
>> Consolidated Financial Statements
>> MPR (Profit & Loss by business segment)
>> APA (Account Profitability Analysis Report)
>> PPR (Profit & Loss by business segment)
>> Financial Forecast
>> Weekly Comparative Deposit Report (outstanding, cost and budget) per RM per business segment.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello,
The components you have listed are not part BPC. It is not clear to me how you intend to integrate the data from these components with BPC and what you mean by testing them.
BPC has functions for consolidation and planning. The ABAP based consolidation engine for BPC optimized (different from the traditional BPC) has some configuration requirements and consumes master and transaction data from S4HANA. So now the question is where do your listed components fall within BPC optimized. The answer is that nowhere directly. To get the functionalities of BPC you need to integrate your S4HANA data through RTC with BPC. Then configure BPC consolidation rules and let the BPC consolidation engine take over. However, this may not provide the direct path for testing your components.
I hope the above details help you to determine your next step. I think it may be a good idea to post this topic in S4HANA or some FI component.
Best Regards,
Leila Lappin
