GRC 12.0 SP21. We recently upgraded to SP21 from SP13. Our end users used to be able to use the request status link on the My Home tab to see all requests they created as well as requests made for themselves. After the upgrade users are only able to see requests for themselves with this link.
is this normal? Our users used this link often to see their request statuses.
