Multiple Funds Center derived from Settlement Rule of Internal Order

Hi All.

Anyone had already a busines requeriment that is derive multiple Funds Center from Cost Centers in settlement rule of Internal Order?

For example:

Internal Order XX1

Settlement rule:

Cost Center CC001 - 20%

Cost Center CC002 - 80%

When a create a PO with Account Assignment of Internal Order XX1, then a budget commitment would be:

Funds Center CC001 - 20%

Funds Center CC002 - 80%

We dont want to check budget only at KO88.

Hi,

It can't work this way. You can't split budgetary commitment based on a settlement rule of internal order. You can, though, when you run the settlement to consume the relevant budget on the fund centres in question, crediting the intermediate one, on which PO was initially created.

Or, you split your PO manually in two lines.
