MSMP sending two mails maintained for user and requestor when user himself is requestor.

I have configured MSMP and see that when user himself is requesting, the mail communication is sent twice. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi Prasanna,

You might have set the global notification setting and stage level notifications.

Recipient : RAC_REQUESTER is Requester

Recipient : GRAC _USER is User

Prasanna,

The Global notification setting on the first phase of the MSMP and the Path/stage level settings are on the fifth phase ==> select the path and the corresponding stage ===> notification setting

When user is not the requester, then how many E-mails are being sent (I guess 2) ?

Yes, there are 2 mails sent. This is same when user is also requestor.
