MSMP - Notification to Alternate Role Approver

Hi all,

within the MSMP Workflow for GRC AC Access Request, I set up a new AGENT to receive Notifications for the alternate role approver.

Agent Purpose: Notification
Agent Type: GRAC API Rules
Agent Rule ID: GRAC_MSMP_AR_ROLE_ALT_APPR

I added this Agent to the Notification Settings witin my path to receive Notifications.

The path agent is the GRAC_ROLEOWNER. But the client want to have a mail to both, the role approver and role alternate approver.

Unfortunately no notification is send out to the alternate approver.

Any idea why or what i need to set up diffrent?

Hi Lisa,

Try the same configuration using Agent "GRAC_OTHER_APPROVERS". I recommend trying this because I see this agent as available from the list of Recipient ID's within the Notification Settings for a Stage.

Let me know if you find a solution.
