MSMP New user request creation issue in GRC

Hi There,

in our MSMP workflow we have created a custom rule and activated it in MSMP with only one path that is security level approval path..

when we try to raise a request for new user creation, the request upon approval at one level is not getting closed. please find attached screenshot for reference.

basically the request is not getting provisioned for new users.capture.jpg

for change account same workflow is working fine.

Can you check and share the logs from SLG1 and also GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD?
