MSMP issue. System check for user twice and request end up in error

Hello,

I am facing issue with MSMP workflow. I have configured GRAC_Manager and role owner as stages. My BRF+ decision table has two requests (001 : Create user and 002: Change user). When I submit create request , the request goes to manager and role owner stage and then the user gets created. However after user creation, system is checking again for user before assigning role. Since the user exist the workflow is ending in error and role is not provisioned. Anyone has seen similar issue in past? What am I missing in configuration?Please suggest.provisioning-log.png

Please retrieve the Debug Log of this access request from GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD and paste here so we can have deeper details about the sequence of steps GRC is taking for provisioning.

Hi Rinky,

I believe you environment has CUA enabled where you can expect such behavior while user is created in one system and exists in another system hence please review your CUA settings

Also, it is highly suggested to review note 2655247 and instruction from kba 1937796 and 2200505
