Movement Type 103 Reduce Commitment Budget

Dear FM Gurus,

I have a question regarding the case i encountered in My Project, i Have PO that have been delivery completed but the Movement Type i use is 103 (GR to PO to blocked stock), the case is why is it the commitment reduced eventhough the GR is using movement type 103 and not 105 (Release GR Blocked stock to warehouse), i have checked FMIOI table and indeed the Commitment has been reduced to be Actual (with amount type 0500), i mean the transaction doesnt even generated Accounting Document so why the Commitment reduce?. I am using update profile 101 in my FM Configuration. is there any configuration that i am missing? because the Actual for this PO should only occured when the Movement Type in GR is 105. Kindly need your help

Hi,

Commitment can be reduced without FI document on the background. But, in theory, you are right, 103 shouldn't reduce commitment. Check this note for more info:

1041434 - MIGO mvmt type 103 creates incorrect PO reduction in FM

If you think that it was not reduced justly, execute FMN4N for this PO.

Hi Eli, sorry for my late response. I have checked the Snotes above, is it a correct one? because the snote can only be use for Fm with configuration update profile 600, while my Update Profile configuration is 101, also i have executed transaction FMN4N, but nothing works
