Hi Team,
In Subscription billing we have an app to view the rating warning/errors.
Currently we can only see the first 500 rating logs in the app.
In our current project SB will be receiving individual usage records in bulk (>1lakh), this limit may prevent us from tracking all the relevant logs effectively.
To ensure we do not miss any errors or warnings during high-volume processing, could we explore the possibility of increasing the log visibility limit or enabling a mechanism to capture the full set of logs?

Hi Ankit,
rating errors should be an exceptional case, especially in situations where the pricing configuration is not working as expected.
Typically such problems are resolved in test systems before productive use of a pricing scheme.
Because of the worklist and the performance of the whole app, the restriction to 500 entries were chosen. Also, there are limitations regarding the number of retries you can trigger in one go.
Do you expect that many of these usage records would run into a rating error? What would be the action to resolve the situation in your case?
