Hello Experts,
Is there no way in SAP CC Core Tool to modify the Taxation Type of a existing Subscriber Account that is integrated and interfaced with a CRM application? Do I need a specific 'User' role for that or it can't be modified at all in CC Core Tool?
Best Regards,
Karl

Hi Karl and Doris,
The taxation type and mode must be chosen during the creation of the subscriber account.
Consequently, after that, if they're not correct anymore, you have to recreate the account, with the right value.
One way to achieve the recreation is to use the "customerDataExportImport" SOAP web service, in order to export the entirety of the affected customer's data into an XML document, rectify it, and reimport it. This is useful in particular if your account holds a lot of data of different types that needs to be kept (subscriber mapping/range tables, prepaid/external accounts, counter values, allowances, contract revisions, etc.).
Here's the corresponding documentation for CC 2021 (this service is also available in older releases, starting from CC 4.0):

Best regards.
