Modify contract RECN on inflation rate

Hi

We have a scenario. Please let me know how to accommodate the increased amount in the existing contract

The Original lease is from 01.03.2019 to 31.05.2030.

Monthly costs are 66,043.19 EUR

The contract lease amount is increased on 01.06.2020 to 31.05.2021 by 1,163.39 EUR per month. (This will increase again on the first of every June until the contract ends by different amounts depending on the inflation rate).
